Research Training Fellowships (RTF) provide a single candidate up to £300,000 for research lasting up to three years. Candidates are expected to undertake a higher degree (PhD or MD) that will underpin their development as a future clinical academic leader. Awards are intended to support candidates to pursue a career in academic medicine and help build capacity in the field of obstetrics, gynaecology or related to women’s reproductive health. Fellowships will be considered for basic science, clinical and translational research that that seeks to improve the health of women, girls and babies.
