This event is primarily aimed at those intending to apply for any NIHR Fellowship within next 12 months but also for those applying for non-NIHR fellowships, doctoral level and above. Participants will gain most from this workshop if they have an active idea for research/application form that they can bring to the workshop.
The workshop will include formal presentations, structured discussion, and participant activities focusing on the NIHR standard application form and how to enhance competitiveness by completing the form more effectively. We will look at key sections and features of the form, including public involvment and plain English summary and provide practical grant writing tips.
