NIHR and EPSRC: Transforming care and health at home and enabling independence

The NIHR and EPSRC are seeking high-quality proposals that aim to address key issues at the intersection of housing, social care and health, which specifically focus on one or both of the following:

• transforming care and health at home
• enabling independence.

Proposals should focus on one or more of the following themes:

• Maintaining independence at home
• Maintaining health within the home
• Enabling care readiness
• Enabling informed decisions on housing and care choices
