The following funding opportunities will open on 30 August 2022:

• Research Project Grants: Funds innovative standalone research projects that will advance knowledge of kidney disease and refine current treatments or lead to new ones.
• Start-up grants: Funds standalone research to investigate innovative new hypotheses around kidney disease that lack any significant existing research prior to a full research project.
• Paediatric Research Awards: Dedicated to paediatric research, funds standalone research at innovation and project level that will advance our knowledge of kidney disease and refine current treatments or lead to new advances in the future.
• Kidney Research UK Stoneygate Research Awards (research project and start-up): Funds standalone research at innovation and project level that will advance our knowledge of kidney disease and refine current treatments or lead to new advances in the future.
